* Jennifer's work is featured in Garrison Keillor's poetry collections, Good Poems and Good Poems for Hard Times , both from Viking/Penguin. The books feature verse read by Mr. Keillor on his radio show The Writer's Almanac, presented each weekday on National Public Radio stations across the country. Good Poems contains Jennifer Michael Hecht's poem On the Strength of All Conviction and the Stamina of Love. Good Poems for Hard Times features Naked.

* On December 8, 2002, the 92nd Street Y's Kaufman Concert Hall, in New York City hosted Garrison Keillor and Friends, an afternoon of poems in celebration of Good Poems. Keillor was joined by poets Jennifer Michael Hecht, Sharon Olds, and Gerald Stern, as they read dozens of poems from the book to an appreciative audience of 700.

* The audio version of Garrison Keillor's Good Poems, available on cassette or CD, features Jennifer Michael Hecht reading seven poems, including Happiness by Raymond Carver, Elizabeth Bishop's Letter to N.Y., and Hecht's own On the Strength of All Conviction and the Stamina of Love.
